In order not to wait for weeks to form your corporation or LLC, we have chosen to use the expedited service that many states offer. In most states Expedited Filing  takes only 1 to 5 business days (Delaware corporations are formed in 24 hours after receipt), plus mail time.
Additional delay can be caused from delivering the mail to the authorities; you may choose the “next day air” option for an additional cost of $30.
