Encorporator.com is owned and operated by the business incubator Alpha Genesis Inc., a Delaware company with an office in Washington, DC. Its 100% affiliate, Alpha Genesis Ltd, is registered in England with an office in London. The company was set up in 2001 as a business incubator and aims to bring fresh ideas to completion for building a mixed old/new economy portfolio. The initial companies launched provide an array of services that are needed for potentially successful start-ups.

As the United States tries to recover from the events of September 11^th, a particular attention is given on supporting ventures that promote US exports or attract foreign capital. 

The focus of Alpha Genesis is on the development of US ventures that can capitalize on new trends in the world economy. We analyze core emerging markets and position the company for speedy identification of such trends. Of special interest are two markets: China and Russia. 

In Russia, Alpha Genesis has established a network for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting technologies both from Russia and other former Soviet Republics. The targeted technologies are going to be commercialized in the United States with the involvement of American scientists. In this process we help create value for our partner scientists and Alpha Genesis while promoting a win-win relationship between the United States and Russia / other NIS countries.
